Design Engineer & Prototyping Specialist

I'm Max, a hands-on design engineer and fabricator based in Jacksonville, Florida. I specialize in Fusion 360 parametric modeling and full-cycle 3D printing workflows, running a fleet of four 3d printers (SLA for fine-detail resins and FDM for durable functional parts) to rapidly prototype and produce high-quality mechatronics components.
After starting my Electrical Engineering degree in 2020, I stepped away in 2023 to gain intensive real-world experience through self-directed projects and iterative making. That path sharpened my ability to bridge design intent with physical execution. In 2026 I'm returning to university with clearer focus, ready to combine practical fabrication skills with deeper knowledge in circuits, embedded systems, and electronics.

Cycloidal Gearbox – Robotic Knee Joint
Precision 16:1 cycloidal reducer optimized for powered robotic knee joints in prostheses and humanoid robots. Delivers high torque density with a theoretical maximum torque of 32 Nm in a compact, lightweight package. Features excellent backdrivability, near-zero backlash, and high stiffness for smooth dynamic movements.

Reverse-Engineered Blower Fan – Modular Parametric Electronics Housing
Precision reverse-engineered centrifugal blower fan, optimized for integration into modular parametric electronics enclosures. This compact blower delivers reliable cooling with strong static pressure, making it ideal for densely packed electronics, high-power components, or thermally challenging modular systems.

Parametric Ring for Mother – Customizable Ring Design
Elegant parametric ring designed as a heartfelt gift for my mother. Fully customizable for different finger sizes and gemstone dimensions, allowing perfect fit and personalization while maintaining a timeless, delicate aesthetic.
